I was just wondering what kind of specs would I need to run HL2 on full graphics and everything and have it running smooth? :type
How much would it cost?

Thanks,
Mike

AMD 3500+ > 3800+> for BF2
1GB Ram> (battlefield 2 likes 2 gigs)
6800GT 256mb> BF2 7800GT >

And if you like quick loading times, meaning times to load stages, you want 1 raptor hard drive or 2 in a raid setup. Also depends what resolution, AA and AF settings you like to play your games on.

This system meets Paul's reccomendations for running BF2, and comes with both BF2 and HL2 preinstalled. Yours for $2,327.73

This system is above and beyond what Paul reccomends. It's got a more powerful CPU and graphics card, and a larger (200GB) redundant hard drive array. Also, its got a cool case. It's a bit pricier, at $3,220.86

You could've simply gone to the Half-Life 2 Web page. Or www.gamespot.com and go to tech info.
