Adds new areas, I think increases level cap to 60 and the big thing is the addition of PvP:

Looks a lot similar to another game I played with a friend of mine, A Tale In the Desert. ATITD had a good concept (has*? I'm not sure if it's still being developed further), but the graphics weren't, put politely, all that great, and you relied on others too much. This expansion has better graphics at least :)
