Well... First, you put a VCR betwen the xBox and the TV, and set it to record the game. Then, you hook the VCR up to your computer, transfer the recording, and then open it up in a movie editing program. You edit the movie with the program, save it as a .WMV, and then you're done. You'll need a TV-tuner card, such as this one (http://www.pugetsystems.com/part_info.php?part=2369).

Or, can't you play the Xbox on your computer with that TV tuner card, and just hit record with the tuner software?
